Shipping your Flowers

SHIPPING INFO

You will be responsible for packing and shipping your flowers to us. The return shipping for your completed piece will be calculated at checkout and included in your purchase price. You are responsible for shipping your bouquet to us. Please confirm shipment by sending the tracking # to contact@berniesbouquets.com, flowers must arrive within Two (2) business days of your booked date.

Flowers should be shipped quickly (we recommend either overnight or 1-2 day shipping). Wrap ONLY THE STEMS in a wet towel and then a plastic bag (to keep the box from getting wet). Fill the empty space with crumpled paper or packing peanuts to keep the bouquet from bouncing around.

We will reach out to let you know when we receive your flowers. We will do our best to work with them in the condition in which they arrive. 

If flowers do arrive in poor or unworkable condition; We will reach out to you with options. Typically we can substitute or replace some flowers without sacrificing the beauty of the original arrangement. If the flowers are determined to be completely unusable or if for some reason your shipment doesn't arrive, we will offer to refund your purchase. *We do not cover your shipping costs*   

We are open Monday-Friday. Please time your shipment to arrive during business hours.

What to include in your box:

  • Your beautiful flowers!
    • Wrap only the stems in a wet towel.
    • Put a plastic bag around the towel to keep the box from getting wet.

*Do not wrap the flowers themselves in any type of plastic

  • A piece of paper with the following information
    • Your name
    • Order #
    • List all items included in the shipment (ex. 1 Bouquet, 1 Boutonniere, etc)
  • Crumbled Paper, dry paper towels, or packing peanuts

*Do not use bubblewrap (avoid any plastic contact with flowers).

 

Shipping can be costly. When selecting your shipping service please ensure that you request a guaranteed delivery date. *USPS flat rate priority mail is not guaranteed to arrive within 2 business days.  

Once shipped:

Please confirm shipment by sending the tracking # to contact@berniesbouquets.com, flowers should be scheduled to arrive within Two (2) business days of your booked date.
